Project Management
A software project needs to be managed properly to be a success. While the vendor or reseller will have an in-house project manager, having a PM on your side can ensure you deliver what needs to be done to help the supplier keep to track. We can also manage interactions with third parties (legacy providers, IT support etc), which can become a bottleneck otherwise.
You’ll not only get an experienced project and operations person, but you’ll also have access to a tech expert to keep the supplier honest.
